Get found. Get chosen.
Your customers are happy. Almost none of them leave a review, because nobody ever asks. We ask every one of them — and we catch the calls you can’t take when your hands are full.

What we actually do
-
1
Catch every missed call
Calls you don’t answer divert to a number we run. The caller hears your voice, leaves a message, and immediately gets a text so they know they haven’t been ignored. You get the message as readable text — so you can see “burst pipe, Polegate, needs someone today” without stopping to listen to voicemail.

2
Ask every customer for a review
When a job’s done, you tell us. We send a short, polite text with a direct link, and one reminder. Every customer, every job, forever. No incentives, no filtering, no chasing.

Tidy up how you appear
Categories, hours, service list, duplicate map pins — the details that decide whether you show up in the right searches at all. We’ve found live businesses with three separate Google listings, two of them empty.
The questions we get asked
Will this get me to the top of Google?
+
No, and be wary of anyone who promises it. Google states plainly that there is “no way to request or pay for a better local ranking”. Nobody outside Google sees the full recipe.
What Google does publish is what it weighs: relevance, distance and prominence. Distance is where your yard is — fixed. Relevance is your profile details — partly fixable. Prominence is the one genuinely in your hands, and Google’s own help pages say “more reviews and positive ratings can help your business’s local ranking” and that businesses should “remind customers to leave reviews”.
That’s Google’s advice. We simply do it every time, forever.
Do you filter out the unhappy customers?
+
No. We ask everyone, and that is deliberate. Some services in this market screen customers first — asking “were you happy?” and only sending the review link to the ones who say yes.
That practice is against Google’s review policies, and the listing being risked is yours, not ours. It also produces a rating that doesn’t survive contact with reality.
We ask every customer, on every job. If a job went badly, you’ll hear about it — which is worth knowing anyway.
Why does the number of reviews matter so much?
+
Two separate jobs. Getting found: when someone searches for your trade near them, Google shows a short list above everything else. Most people never tap past it.
Getting chosen: at equal position, sixty reviews at 4.8★ beats nine at 4.9★. That part is immediate and has nothing to do with Google’s ranking at all.
And it compounds — reviews don’t expire. Every one gathered this year is still working in three years’ time.
What does it cost?
+
A flat monthly fee that covers all three jobs above — the missed-call catching, the review asking, and the profile work. We’ll tell you the figure on a short call, once we’ve looked at your actual numbers.
What we can tell you now is the shape of it: no percentage of your jobs and no charge per review — you pay the same whether we bring you two reviews that month or twenty.
What do I actually have to do?
+
About ten minutes once, then a few seconds a job.
The ten minutes: set three call-divert codes on your phone, record a short greeting in your own voice, and approve us on your Google Business Profile. We do the rest and check it works with real test calls while you watch.
After that, you tell us when a job is finished. That’s it.
Who are you?
+
Aussie-AI Ltd, company number 17193460, registered in England & Wales. We’re a small Sussex operation setting this up for a limited number of local trades.
We’re new at this, and we’d rather say so than invent a client list. What we can show you is the work: before we contact anyone we count their reviews, their competitors’ reviews, and how they actually appear in a live search — real counts on a stated date, not estimates. If we write to you, that evidence comes with the letter.
Is this AI writing fake reviews?
+
Absolutely not. Every review comes from a real customer of yours who did a real job with you, writing in their own words, in their own Google account.
All we do is send the ask — the thing that currently never happens — and make sure a missed call gets a reply. Fake reviews are fraud, they get detected, and they put the listing you depend on at risk.
